'Healthy' breakfast cereals? - best value breakfast cereals

If certain cereals such as low-fat crackers or wheat bran flakes, sugar, so it would be very bad for maintaining a healthy weight?
Last year, I started to change my habits, which was a successful attempt to a size in good health and reducing drop possibilities of this kind, for it was not really sure its nutritional value.
Normally I have a fruit salad or a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, but it would be nice, a little more variety.

A proof will surprise you: 1 cup low-fat yogurt (I prefer the Fage brand Greek yogurt strained fat 2%), and the mixture of 1 / 2 or 1 / 3 cup dry oatmeal normal and a handful of blueberries, raspberries or any different kind of fruit. Mix well and let stand for one minute. Eat and enjoy. It's fast and very good for you.

Try porridge, can bear fruit variety, or a little honey. Shredded Wheat is 100% natural, with the hot milk for a change. Or try to set your own museli, different types of nuts, dried fruit, oats, etc.

If the grain is generally a little sugar, which is not so bad. Frankly, the only way is to eat, wheat, whether its ice cream. nothing more than the ticket.

If you try something else that Multigrain Cheerios? they are good. be easily frozen in some, if a little softer than I like, but for people who do not like grain level.

My favorites are Total, Corn Flakes, Special K, and sometimes I have to Tho Kix or crispex.

If you have a sugary cereal, not only go overboard, read the label! They know exactly what you get. Carbohydrates and not a little more, it is difficult to maintain a healthy weight, if you should eat right the rest of the day and year.

and frankly, I do not go directly to something just because it, "says low-fat". Things are usually loaded with sodium or do not need. More on that which focuses its actions. Whole grain products are good. Protein is good.

TBH cereals, most are junk, just because of the sugar Nesquick, coco pops, cornflakes, bran, flakes, and so on.

If the bran flakes are actually one of the seemingly unhealthy cereals Tho I feel better than sugar-coated cereals or low fiber. Cracked wheat is expected to be safe and wheat taste with no sugar or salt, but very badly. I mean Weetabix cereal flakes and oat bran
