Who knows how I can contact the customer service / support for a Cyberhome DVD recorder / player? Need to get back to install the first time online, no pix sees nothing, zero. They tried to change cable TV and all, but not the device losing your memory, even after unplugged days and remove the battery. Any help would be appreciated. It is a model 1600-series.

I have never so with Yahoo. But if you do is google "CyberHome + phone" is a number. If you replace CyberHome from any company in finding the most likely your number.
I have the elusive Amazon customer support phone number, which is found nowhere published.
