Six Months Lease Apartment In Texas, Can Someone Prepay An Apartment Lease To Avoid Having A Job?

In Texas, can someone prepay an apartment lease to avoid having a job? - six months lease apartment

I'm looking for apartments and I do not work. I am a full-time students and financial aid. I have enough money to pay rent for six months in advance. My question is an apartment complex let me go ahead, if the prepaid lease without a job? Is not that the credit check to determine whether you can afford the apartment - no matter whether I pay the full rent?

I particularly like someone who can be heard for an office complex or an apartment to work heard of him. Thank you in advance.

We have done many times in York, PA. The property is 2 blocks from York College.

We were lucky enough to have rented to the University baseball team called the coach who has the property.

We had a meeting and 3 baseball players were selected to a property for rent. We ran through research and usual credit check without any problems.

At the time the contract was reviewed and signed, the parents were asked if they could pay the rent and security deposit for the year - with the rent per day from [Settings] in advance.

I agreed.

Because - for almost 4 years - all members of the baseball teams to hire and pay all expenses in advance.

For the most part young people were well educated and keep good care of the property - under the terms of the lease.

My suggestion: Ask the owners and operators of their worries.

The investment group owned by an owner automatically rents by 5% for Payinentire duration of the lease and all costs in advance. You can ask about them. The worst response you get is "No". Apart from love and romance: "No, never," never hurt anyone, right?

Thank you for your question Q! I enjoyed it answered!

The credit check is done for several reasons. They want to know whether they can pay the rent, you have adverse credit history, you have no felony convictions, etc., etc., etc.

I have flats of the discounts, if you see payment in advance. I warn you well before it. You still have the momentum on their side if they want your money, if not their money.

My advice to you to find several prospective homes to go talk to management. There is no law for this kind of thing, so it's all property management.

Most, if not all, will not accept a prepaid lease.

They sell the building to limit, if you have a problem. You need an income or funds may be able to check to pay. You may also need someone to cosign for you.
